HOME PHOTOS SCHOLARSHIPS CONTACT US [27th Apr 09] THE CURRENT RBS SCOTS AUSTRALIAN COUNCIL SCHOLAR   Rebekah McWhirter from Tasmania was awarded the third annual RBS Scots Australian Council Scholarship in 2009. She is now studying for an MSc in Public Health Research at Edinburgh University, and hoping to emulate the success of her predecessor, Rebecca Young, who graduated in December with the award of an LLM in International Law with Distinction, gaining prizes for the best dissertation in the subject, and best student overall.
